Cancellation Policy:
A $20.00 administration fee, per day, will be subtracted from all refunds of registration payment for written cancellation requests received on or before 12:00pm on Friday, January 30th. After this date, no refunds will be made. Substitutions will be accepted by contacting the Treasurer at treasurer@cela1.org by Monday, February 2, 2026.
